Can you publish the space rental and catering costs for each location
in an itemized fashion? There are >25 attendees to the forum. I am
curious how you're exceeding $5000 for three days for any location.

I'm organizing a conference (SAAHPC) at Argonne where we are paying
literally nothing for the space for three days. My wife organizes
events at the University of Chicago all the time and none of them cost
more than $1000/day unless there are hundreds of people attending.

There are meetings (usually away from the US) that we do not even come close to covering with registration, and we simply can't run a deficit.
