[Mpi3-tools] Typo in MPI-3 MPIT interface

Yeah, the new voting rules document doesn't mention this sort of error. At least according to my interpretation of 2.3.3, this doesn't fall into the category of a "critical" change to a document, so it shouldn't be subject to those stricter rules.

Whatever the next step is, I'm sure we'll spend a good deal of time arguing over it :-)
