[Mpi3-tools] Typo in MPI-3 MPIT interface

I have no idea.  :-)  The current rules are so loosey-goosey that I'm not sure what requires a ticket, what can just be read, ...etc.  This fix obviously fits in the "trivial / doesn't change semantics" category, but I'm honestly not sure what the next step is...
