[mpiwg-p2p] Schedule for Dec 2014 face-to-face meeting in San Jose

Can we put streams first?  My Tuesday morning is hell due to remote events.

If there's a time zone issue here for somebody, I can live with 9 AM,
although I'll note that 9-10 AM conflicts with the OFI WG that some of
us usually attend.
