[mpiwg-hybridpm] Fwd: [Mpi-forum] December 2014 Meeting / Agenda

I haven't figure out yet whether I will be attending.  If I do, I would
like to do a plenary session to present my SC paper on endpoints.  We're
planning to do the formal reading of endpoints at this meeting.
