[Mpi-forum] Draft agenda posted / registration reminder

Hi all,

I just put a first draft agenda for the MPI forum meeting in September
online. It is still very sparse and I will update it as I get time requests
from the WG chairs (to the WG chairs: please get these to me as soon as you
can).

Also, please register as soon as you know that you will be traveling to
Edinburgh ­ this will help Dan with the local logistics.
