[Mpi-forum] Use of MPI_STATUS_IGNORE

Is MPI_STATUS_IGNORE valid as the status parameter to the following functions:

-          MPI_Request_get_status

-          MPI_Probe

-          MPI_Iprobe

Should the standard clarify either way?
