Dear
Adam, Bill, Dave, Doug, Fab, Hubert, Jeff, Jim, Josh, Marc, Pavan, Rich, Rolf, Torsten,

(you may be mentioned on several lines with several tickets)

Many tickets on the agenda are not scheduled for the meeting
"Chicago 2012/03/05" or are not yet ready.

Tickets that may still need work before official formal reading:
----------------------------------------------------------------
Torsten Hoefler - 275 283 300 163 264
Josh Hurshey - 276
Adam Moody - 271 (comment 12 is not yet done)
Marc Snir - 310 311
Jim Dinan - 305
Hubert+Rolf - 196 (Rolf wants to make the MPI_OFFSET128 proposal)
Dave Goodell - 218
Jeff Squyres - 159(should it go to MPI-next?), 302
Pavan Balaji - 222
Fab Tillier - 293, 304(should it go to MPI-next?)

The responsibles should set the "Milestone" to "Chicago 2012/03/05"
in following tickets:

VOTING
------
Jeff Squyres (as secretary) (or Rich) for all formal voting tickets:
 - 272 298 308 309 284 280 168 299
 - Comment to Rich and Jeff: 272 - please check:
-- on ticket "Priority: Had 1st reading"
    -- on agenda "2nd vote"
This does not fit together; what is correct?

FORMAL READING
--------------
Josh Hurshey - 276
Marc Snir - 310 311 227
Doug Miller - 217
Adam Moody - 271 259
Bill Gropp - 275
Torsten Hoefler - 300 264 163
Jeff Squyres - 159
Pavan Balaji - 222
Fab Tillier - 304
Dave Goodell - 218

AGENDA (tickets that still need to go to the agenda)
------
Rich Graham - 264 317 322

I still try to keep an overview on what I should vote at the end
and therefore I found these inconsistencies.
I hope this is also some help for you.

Best regards
Rolf
