[Mpi-forum] July 18-20, 2011 meeting

I have just updated the agenda for the July meeting based on the requests I have received so far, and the priorities we voted for:

14: RMA
8: FT stabilization
7: MPIT
7: Neighborhood collectives

I did reorganize the agenda, giving prime time slots to items high on the priority list.
If I missed your request, please send me a note.  We can still fit in a few more items, if need be.

Just a reminder, other items may be voted in, but we will gate the 3.0 standard on the 4 items listed.  ALSO, first vote on these must take place by the first meeting in 2012, or they will also be delayed to MPI 3.1.
