Where will the actual forum meeting occur? I cannot determine from
this thread if it is at the Residence Inn or the Oregon Convention
Center. Logistical complications may restrict where I can stay in
Portland for MPI+SC09.
http://meetings.mpi-forum.org/Nov_2009_logistics.php does not contain
this information so if there is a better place to look, please let me
know what it is.
Thanks,
Jeff

The procedure is changing a bit this time (I will send a note out to the entire list with details) so while we reserve the block of rooms, people are responsible for calling the hotel and actually getting a room out of the allocation. This will be available this coming Friday, 10/2. There was a change in how ORNL handles CC numbers (we don't anymore - they go straight to the CC company) and it has taken a while to iron out all the kincks ... Does this help ?
