There is a room block that will be available Tuesday to Friday night the week of the MPI Forum. The procedure is changing a bit this time (I will send a note out to the entire list with details) so while we reserve the block of rooms, people are responsible for calling the hotel and actually getting a room out of the allocation. This will be available this coming Friday, 10/2. There was a change in how ORNL handles CC numbers (we don't anymore - they go straight to the CC company) and it has taken a while to iron out all the kincks ... Does this help ?

It looks like the Residence Inn by the Lloyd Center is sold out for
the week of SC. Other hotels seem to be going fast (if you are
planning on staying Sunday - Thursday night).

Do we have any updates on the room block? (I need to confirm that
before I start booking flights).
