[Mpi-forum] MPI Forum meeting Sept 3-5,2008

We will need to go ahead with logistics for the upcoming meeting in Dublin
within a week or so.  I am aware of people who are planning to attend the
Forum, but have not registered.  Please register by the end of next week,
Friday, 8/15/2008.  We will base the food order on the number of people who
