[mpiwg-tools] Question (off-topic) about MPI in the cloud

I know this is off topic, and I apologize, but you folks seem like the 
best ones to ask:

Are people using MPI in the cloud?  If so, are they using it within a 
single cloud VM,
or across a cluster of cloud VMs?
