[mpiwg-tools] MPI_T events: Repo for header file

Dear all,

as discussed in the call yesterday, I want to advertise the URL for
the Git repository the header file, we currently edit while discussing
the API, lives in.

https://git.rwth-aachen.de/m.a.hermanns/mpi_t_events

You need to create an account, but you can do so using OAuth and your
Github credentials. After you successfully logged in, let me know your
username, and I will add you to the project.
