[mpiwg-tools] Errata: Issue #12 - Code example 14.4 bug

Hi all,

As we discussed in the last meeting, we have an errata ticket to be read at
December's meeting. I have created a Forum issue for this as well as a pull
request. Hopefully I have managed to do this correctly! Please let me know
if you see errors in what I have done.
