[Mpi3-tools] Is this ticket 0?

My view is that the errata contains items that, if not corrected, could lead to an erroneous interpretation of the standard.  Thus, it need not contain corrections for simple misspellings or misplaced commas, but should contain fixes to incorrect examples, function bindings, or misspelled MPI objects and constants.  That keeps the size of the errata down to just the "important" changes.
