[mpiwg-sessions] cancel 4/13 Sessions WG meeting

Hi Folks,

Monday, 4/13, is a holiday for a number of the Sessions WG participants so cancelling.

Remember we will be presenting material for a no-no vote on the Sessions proposal at the next virtual Form,  which will be 4/15 so try to attend if you can.
