[mpiwg-sessions] Next meeting - today - 1pm Eastern US time

HI Dan,

I should have checked when we talked last week, but I’ll be on a plane during today’s
meeting.

I opened two PRs:
https://github.com/mpiwg-sessions/mpi-standard/pull/15
https://github.com/mpiwg-sessions/mpi-standard/pull/14

for PR #55.

One is updates to the bindings appendix, the other various places where it
seemed the text needed to be changed for the peer to peer process model.

I think we should also add a bit of verbiage to chapter 10 about which
MPI calls can be made prior to MPI Session Init. At a minimum, we’d need
to support creating a sessions error handler to the list of functions that can
be called prior to a call to MPI Init.
