[mpiwg-rma] No RMA WG meeting today

All,

COVID finally got me so I won't be able to host the meeting today. I 
have asked for a WG meeting at the Forum meeting in 2 weeks but it's not 
clera whether they will be enough time for it. If we get one, we should 
talk about the deprecation of PSCW and may want to introduce the idea of 
a new window allocation function to a broader audience.
