[mpiwg-rma] MPI RMA telecon

Pavan and Bill rejected all possible options for the week after SC.  I see
no point in trying to schedule a telecon for the week before the Forum
meets so I retract my Doodle poll.

If people think that we need to have a telecon before the Forum, then
please feel free to try to schedule one.
