[mpiwg-hybridpm] Process -> MPI process change

Note, I have scripts that I use to check for various problems in the LaTeX files, including this one.  I do appreciate all efforts to conform to the style (See “Standard Names” in the instr.tex document), but I will make a pass before a new version of the standard is issued.
