[MPIWG Fortran] Fwd: [MPI Forum] #403: Error in description of size-specific types

Dear Fortran WG,

Bill Gropp has detected a bug in the Fortran Interface
text on MPI-3.0 page 620 and proposed a perfect correction.

I would like to set this to "scheduled" as MPI-3.0 Erratum
at the upcoming Forum meeting.
