Hi all,

For tomorrow's meeting, our procedures will be a little different than we commonly have done because we're condensing everything down to a single day. For the votes tomorrow, you will see a no-no ballot for each of the as well as an errata item for #773 and second votes for #751 and #654. You should vote on the no-no changes as usual for the no-no votes and for the errata/second votes, you should vote as if the no-no vote passes.

If both the no-no vote and the errata/second votes pass, everything will proceed normally and the issue will be merged.
If the no-no vote fails and the authors wish to proceed, I will send out an additional ballot after the first one closes (that will remain open for 24 hours to give everyone time to vote) to decide whether to accept the unmodified issue.

I know this is a bit weird, but with the time restrictions, this is as close to the way we usually do things as I can get and is similar to the way we would have done this with an in-person ballot in the past.
