Thanks for bringing this up - I agree we should have a good plan for next steps here. I also agree, though, that the full group approach is probably a bit too much here for now - I would suggest to discuss this in the WG tomorrow first.

This just came up end of last week when Ken was implementing MPI_T for
mpich and I think for me it would be good to discuss on how to move
