[Mpi-forum] Errata Announcement for December Meeting / MPI 4.0 RC

Dear all,

I’d like to announce the following Errata issue/PR for inclusion in the MPI 4.0 RC and voting at the December meeting.

# 320: Improper placement of figures and use of colors for text in MPI-4.0 Section 8.6.2 Example 8.10
