[Mpi-forum] Planning for the September Forum Meeting

Hi Martin,

I would like to read the Memory Alignment ticket (#121) again and 
hopefully get it to a vote. The RMA ordering ticket needs some more work 
from my side and I am not yet sure I will have enough time to work on it 
before the Zurich meeting. I will know more in 2 weeks :)
