[Mpi-forum] FTWG Readings for June 2016 Meeting

Hello Forum,

The Fault Tolerance Working Group would like to bring forward a number of proposals for a reading. All of these have been presented before and are being brought forward again after incorporating feedback from the forum. Even though some of these topics are divided into multiple issues, they will be read in three groups as shown below. Links to the issues and PDFs are also provided.
