[Mpi-forum] Portland Location

I am under the impression that Microsoft is hosting at their downtown
office (http://www.microsoft.com/about/companyinformation/usaoffices/northwest/en/us/portland.aspx).

If Microsoft falls through, I would be happy to host the MPI Forum in
my basement.  It's an ideal location if you enjoy sitting on miniature
chairs and have developed a high tolerance to the pain of stepping on
legos and other toys :-)
