[Mpi-forum] Ticket #374 (errata): Formal reading

we may be reading ticket #374 at the upcoming meeting in Chicago:

It provides errata for the inconsistency and ambiguity
of the behavior of MPI_COMM_FREE, MPI_TYPE_FREE, and MPI_WIN_FREE,
if attributes are cached on the Communicator, datatype, or window handle.

In principle, the ticket is ready for voting, but feedback from the 
developers of MPI libraries is still appreciated as well as 
ticket reviews.

I'll be on vacation, the ticket reporter will not come to the Meeting,
and the ticket has no owner, i.e., it may be owned by the context WG,
although the changes are in the datatype, context, and RMA chapters.
