[Mpi-forum] Logistics for MPI Forum Meeting in Kobe/Japan

Guillaume,

I manage to book the b Hotel in Kobe from Sunday on (with a Superior
Twin option which is not that much more expensive than the Medium option).

Did you book the conference week through the web-system or did you do it
completely via email/phone?
