[Mpi-forum] OpenFabrics MPI listserve

I pinged this list a few months ago soliciting the MPI Forum for feedback creating a new low layer OpenFabrics network-agnostic API (see http://lists.mpi-forum.org/mpi-forum/2014/01/2693.php).
