Dear Martin,

You missed to include the new chapter:

  • Removed Interfaces : ??? (c)

It would be nice, if other could assist especially in 
the four non-automated one/zero-person-chapters, i.e.,

      (A.1 is non-automated, A.2 - A.4 are mainly automated)
