[Mpi-forum] Sept meeting logistics

The meeting logistics page is up and running.  If folks would be able to register by Wed August 21st, this would be very helpful, as we can still adjust the amount of food ordered.  At this stage we have only 9 people registered, which is much less than I believe plan to attend.
