[Mpi-forum] Dec 3-6 meeting

Can someone define exactly what is meant by ARB in this context?
There are lots of ARBs out there.  Is this just a buzzwordy way of
saying "we'll do it like Open__" (e.g.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenGL_Architecture_Review_Board)?
