I wanted to double check my understanding of the 3.0 timeline. Is the timeline below correct?

- July 2012 (Chicago) :
  - Last of the 2nd votes
  - Final chapter edits, prep 'draft standard'

- Sept 2012 (Vienna)  :
  - Formal chapter reading

- Dec. 2012 (San Jose):
  - Final chapter vote
  - Release 3.0
