There are a few tickets that may need a short formal reading.
The content may be in a proper state and related to other parts of MPI-3.0,
but the formal state is not as expected:

#271 Query MPI_Info attached to win and comm
Adam asked already and just in time for "Formal Reading" in Jan.2012!

#275 contains one minor correction for RMA
Is it ticket 0?

#289 Merging communicators
Is it related to #310 and #311?
Was it formally read in Santorini?

#285 Add non blocking File Manipulation Routines
(Is it already read? If yes, whyis it not in state "Had 1st reading"?)

#283 MPI window attribute types
Is in "scheduled" state, but missing on the agenda.

#303 Move MPI-1 deprecated functions to a new "Removed Interfaces" chapter
Is in "scheduled" state, but missing on the agenda.
What is with the three tickets #278, 281, #303 about C++ removal?

#187 text update for reduce operations
Should it be treated as ticket 0?
Can it be done in only 1 or 2 meetings instead of three?

#158 Clarification for MPI_Cart_map and MPI_Graph_map
Should it be treated as ticket 0?
Can it be done in only 1 or 2 meetings instead of three?

#162 Clarification for MPI_Cart_map with ndims=0
Should it be treated as ticket 0?
Can it be done in only 1 or 2 meetings instead of three?

It looks like that some of these tickets do not
have a responsible. Or the responsible is inactive
although the content should be looked on by the forum.
