[Mpi-forum] Oct 24-26, 2011 meeting in Chicago

As Dave said, we have tried this in the past, and given the costs associated with using the new ANL facility, it was cheaper to hold the meeting at a local hotel close to Argonne, rather than at ANL. We have identified a site close to the hotel in down town Chicago, and will most likely go ahead with this.
Thanks for the suggestion,
Rich

A combination of DOE meeting policies, ANL "public meeting in TCS" policies, and other cost issues actually makes it very difficult to hold the meeting at Argonne without supplying a significant amount of work on the ANL side to handle badging foreign nationals.
