I would like 30 minutes to do a formal reading for ticket #294, "MPI_UNWEIGHTED should not be NULL": https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/ticket/294

It was non-controversial when informally read in Santorini, so it may take much less time than 30 minutes.
