[Mpi-forum] Sept meeting - initial information

Initial logistics information is up and available at the MPI Forum meeting site (http://meetings.mpi-forum.org/Meeting_details.php).  The hotel registration site is available, with a cutoff date of August the 7th, and the meeting registration site will be available soon.  The charge for the meeting will be $125.  The agenda is currently empty, but will start to take shape over the next few weeks.
