[Mpi-forum] May 9-11 MPI Forum registration

The registration for the upcoming May MPI Forum meeting at Cisco in San Jose, CA.  The link is at

HOWEVER, this time ALL must plan on paying for the meeting by check.  At this stage we are unable to take credit-card payments, and are not sure when this will change.
