The registration page for the MPI forum meeting in Chicago is now available at

Note that the hotel block in the Residence Inn is available at the government rate until this Friday, Oct 1st at the government rate of $173/night.  This hotel is just around the corner from the one we used last time we were in Chicago, and about 1/2 closer to the meeting location.
