Torsten got back to me off list, pointing out that the standard lists chapter authors.  David is indeed listed as a chapter author.

I took the liberty of updating the wiki with the authors, as well as adding a table sorted by chapter, to allow someone to facilitate the following logic:

"I need to modify chapter X, I wonder which authors I need to list on my ticket."
