some of you have it already detected:

where you can find the link on how to buy
the yellow MPI-2.1 hardcover book.

Shipping is already available to everywhere in the world.
My apologies that the interface will need some time to learn English.
Currently, it speaks only German, but it works ;-)
and we could keep the price for the book at 17 Euro
(plus 5.50 Euro shipping).
