[Mpi-forum] MPI-3 guidance

In Chicago last week, there was discussion about top-level guidance  
for all the MPI-3 working groups (e.g., each WG needs to come up with  
a list of bullets of what they're trying to achieve).  Given the short  
timeframe before the next Forum meeting, can this top-level guidance  
be sent out so that each of the WGs can have have time to generate  
something to show / discuss in Helsinki?
