[mpiwg-tools] No call today: Mar11, 2024

Dear all,

due to a scheduling conflict Joachim and I cannot make it to todays 
call (which would have been 1h earlier than usual due to daylight 
saving time changes in the US.

We therefore skip today's call.

Next week is the main MPI Forum event in Chicago and no "normal" Tool 
call will take place. However, I am still in contact with Wes and 
Martin for some Tools WG time to revive the QMPI ticket.
