[mpiwg-tools] No meeting today: May 11, 2023

Dear all,

with Quincey's ABI discussion and Joachim not being able to join 
today, I propose to skip today's meeting.

For those who did/could not attend the voting meeting, both tools 
tickets (multi-status & minmaxloc) passed first vote, although the 
latter still has some discussion on the PR that I have to follow up with.
