[mpiwg-tools] No call today - Reconvene in January 2024

Dear all,

as I have a scheduling conflict today and am likely on leave for 
Christmas from next week into the first week of January, I would 
propose to reconvene in the second week of January.

It seems we have found a suitable **new** Meeting day (albeit not 
suitable for all :() with:

  Weekly on Mondays from 10 a.m. Central, 4 p.m. UK, 5 p.m. CET
  https://time.is/10_8_January_2024_in_CT

I will prepare and send out separate invites for Performance and 
Debugging topics in time.
