Hi all,
This is a reminder of our regularly scheduled call today:
October 14, 2021 at 8 am Pacific / 11 am Eastern / 5pm CEST.
Meeting Details:
https://github.com/mpiwg-tools/mpi-standard/wiki/Meeting-Information
Agenda:
-------
- Handle Introspection
(https://github.com/mpiwg-tools/tools-issues/wiki/Handle-Debugging)
- Questions on intersections with MPI Sessions
@Dan: The specific discussion point regarding sessions during our
discussions of a handle introspection interface was: Which handles are
inherently connected to a session, i.e., from which handles would one
want/need a connection back to the session object it was created in?
On a slightly different point of intersections tools with sessions
came from Joachim in the context of MUST. They start extra processes
(that they usually split of MPI_COMM_WORLD): How can one control which
processes are tool processes and where they are placed in a session?
He created some slides here to provide some background:

Cheers,
Marc-Andre
