- Query calls for handle meta data

Wesley has a conflict today, and won't be able to join. The ongoing
handle introspection is currently not prepared enough to continue yet.

Joachim brought up a scenario, where the ability to query whether a
request is persistent or not would be helpful. So today we could
discuss about specific meta data that would be interesting to query on
the user level.
