Nathan has been working on a prototype for MPI_T events. During
implementation a couple of questions and fixes arose to the state of
the document.

For the call today, I mainly want to discuss a couple of questions
where Nathan and I came to a decision, but we want to discuss this in
the larger group.

Agenda:

- Argument order for set_dropped
- Names of source handling routines
- Calling read routines outside of callback? (-> type map vs. Type
signature in info)
